Huge queue at arriving in Billund to collect the car which was a real anti climax to arriving. All the other rental desks were empty but the queues at Avis was about 15 people and process was very slow and we were waiting over 1 hour to be seen. We won't be going with Avis on our next visit to Billund have previously use Europcar and it was much quicker especially with 2 children under 4rs old a long wait is not easy.Hertz
