Crew was pleasant! Departed 50 mins late
I wasn't able to log into the onboard wifi entertainment, but I fell asleep on the flight anyway.
Great crew. Food - meeeehhhh and the seats curve forward?
Pros: Crew was good. Seat was uncomfortable
Cons: Cushen worn out flat
Cons: Paid for business and Seats did not recline, not was there any entertainment provided from a flight from Lisbon Portugal to Boston. This was not a business international flight although it was sold and advertised as one. Awful.
Cons: I paid for business and there were no TVs or any entertainments from Portugal to Boston on Airbus 321. The seats barely reclined so basically I was charged for business and got a premium economy seat. They do not have a business section, never flying with them again.
Pros: Cheap aitfare
Cons: On time takeoff Better food Television screens to watch movies Better selection of movies
Pros: Friendly, professional crew, free meal and drinks onboard.
Cons: The check in email I received suggested I download an app to access in flight entertainment. When I followed the link it stated that the app was not available for my location (at the time Sao Miguel). When I tried to use the SATA onboard app I’d previously downloaded it wouldn’t work. I don’t mind not having entertainment provided by the airline as I have access to downloads from a streaming service but it is frustrating to be told a service is available and then have it not work. Mobile boarding passes would be convenient.
Pros: Professional, friendly crew. Good food.
Cons: No in flight entertainment - SATA app, WiFi did not work.
Pros: Crew did the best they could
Cons: We flew near hurricane Lorenzo and the flight was the bumpiest I’ve ever had
Pros: Food, and comfort
Cons: Boarding process was a zoo...
Pros: Flight left Boston on time and arrived in Ponta Delgada 15 minutes early. Very clean and well maintained Airbus 321
Pros: Clean plane and friendly crew. Excellent landing.
Cons: No entertainment system. SATA internet did not work
No worse than a lot of other airlines, but nothing spectacular.
Pros: It was nice that they served a meal. On the flight back we got an exit row which was nice. I liked that they were being thorough about security.
Cons: My husband and I weren't seated together on the way out. On the way back they didn't start boarding until 10-20 min before the scheduled takeoff, so we didn't take off on time. The flight was also delayed 2 hours and there was no explanation as to why. The food was pretty bland.
Pros: No complaints about the crew
Cons: The in air entertainment didn’t work and the flight was 2 hours delayed.
Cons: Less delays
Pros: I sat in an exit row, so I had lots of leg room
Cons: They announced we should pick up our luggage and go through customs, before catching our connecting flight to Teceira. This was not so and we almost missed out next flight, very disconcerting.
Pros: The leg room was awesome, for a 6 foot tall person! I really liked the meal and the wine served was actually quite good, with generous servings! Crew was so friendly and accommadating, really nice people! I was very comfy, even with the trubulance
Cons: Honestly, I am sure everyone is going to comment on the brakes at landing, but it makes an amusing story.
Pros: The crew was running into people with their carts-i saw it 3 times.
Cons: The food was bad. The area before boarding was small, and once inside, there was no access to food or restroom. We walked far to board. From the
Cons: Flight was delayed 2 hours and they never updated us while we were waiting or told us why. They changed planes and seat assignments without notice so the seats we selected we disregarded and we were not sitting next to each other. No entertainment and food was worst I’ve had on a plane.
Pros: Newer, clean interior. Seats had power plugs and the SATA Onboard entertainment app provided free movies, tv and music.
Cons: One of the male flight attendants was happy and engaging while the other was not friendly; and two of the female flight attendants were ok, while the younger two were unquestionably unfriendly.
Cons: Took off late missed my connecting flight and they lost my luggage and claim process is taking for ever
Pros: The crew was great. Service was good.
Cons: Seat comfort and entertainment options.
Pros: Very nice crew. Appreciate the meal and service good flight
Cons: Made us ship our carry on bags which we didn’t appreciate ! Even boarding early ! Did not being packed in busses then made to wait both at terminal and plane for long periods !
Cons: Do not exit anymore
Cons: Was delayed 4 hours
Pros: The flight was changed from 9:20pm to 4am. Then they bumped me to the next day because they oversold the flight. So I missed 1 1/2 days of my retreat.
Cons: There were no screens and the app didn’t work to watch movies on my iPhone. Also they waited too long to give out drinks
Pros: Crew is wonderful. Very efficient boarding utilizing both front and rear doors of the aircraft
Cons: Food was sub par. Older plane without tv screens
Cons: The crew never announced that the flight was delayed by one hour. Boarding was disorganized even with the plane being half full. The crew is Ok and not taking control of situation.
