Pros:Friendly staff, nice SUV for the price.Cons:The reservation was for a midsize SUV. I was first offered a Suzuki Vitara. Smaller than what I reserved. They did switch me to the vehicle I requested.Reviewed 8 Feb 2020

Pros:The guy was unhelpful and very rude, he talked to us with Attitude, we asked for a supervisor or manager and he was i’m the manager and i have the final answer.. after 5 minutes of arguing he decided to call his manager only to say that my documents where expires which it wasnt true..Cons:You need to improve your Human resources. We went from Santo domingo to Santiago just to pick that suv and at the end we had to leave to another rentalReviewed 4 Aug 2019
