I really enjoyed it.
Very happy good flight ✈️ excellent
Didn’t get our bags at all.
Beaucoup d’attente avant d’embarquer. Retards à l’allez et au retour. Sièges de l’avion particulièrement durs
They didnt let me do the check in online. That was terrible cause I was coming from another country,so I had to go oit the airport and go un again through controls. They Also made me pay more for my bag which was very light. And the personal was not so nice.
It was not communicated in advance by the airline, but we needed a PCR test before boarding.
Cons: Seats are old and worn. Pitch is Ok. BEG is bad, at least if you connect there to the JFK flight. You have to go to different desks to verify passport (!) and pass additional security control where they don't let you carry in any tax free purchases you make at your originating airport although you never leave the transit area. Boarding is chaotic with no staging.
Pros: Smooth and simple. Great flight!
Pros: No stress at all. Friendly staff.
Cons: Entertainment was terrible. Only a few movies to choose from. Spent the whole flight watching the planes route.
Pros: On time departure, and slightly early arrival. Everything ran smoothly. And seat spacing is quite generous!
Cons: It took a while to complete boarding, mostly because of carry-on luggage, but it did not delay departure.
Pros: The flight experience was smooth!
Cons: A little snafu at the gate with everyone's carry on luggage could have been avoided with better communication.
Pros: Crew was amaizing, yes, pilot was excelent, smooth landing and taking off. Great gift for kids to play onboard.
Cons: Online adding kids meal, no meal appropriate for kids . No usb charging for phones and tablets, only US charger. More movies and games for kids and adults. It is very little.
Pros: The actual takeoff and landing with this airline is usually smooth
Cons: Airline is always late with no layover time making journeys stressful. The food and drink is only available for pay. There is no entertainment. There is a small snack which has been expired cookies on all flights I’ve experienced, and the staff seems reluctant to provide it. Boarding involved making everyone wait standing up for more than twenty five minutes corralled into as corner.
Cons: The extra customs in Belgrade when the flights are already late is random and ridiculous. The staff makes some people take off shoes but not others, they opened my cartoon accusing me of having a liquid when I had an empty glass container that he’d already been checked at two other checkpoints.
Cons: Everything
Pros: Comfortable, on time, smooth boarding
Pros: Evriting
Pros: It was okay, I mean, for a short-haul flight, nothing more is required. Except for accuracy.
Cons: They should finally replace old ATR-72.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Manners
Pros: Super comfortable the seats and staff
Cons: Nothing it was great.
Pros: Nothing, pretty much
Cons: I was told my hand luggage needed to go to the cargo, despite it being small enough to be with me. The food was a water bottle and chips. There was more than an hour late to boarding time. The crew were not informative about what was going on. The plane made worrying noises when taking off.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: For a long flight . Your entertainment SUCKS. Never again will I fly with you guys . Ever ever ever
Pros: The crew on board was helpful, but they can hardly make up for company’s atrocious policies.
Cons: They made me pay $70 for my carry on luggage - the very same one that I didn’t have to check in on my way to Zurich. The company has obscure luggage policies that could easily qualify as hidden charges. I will do everything I can to avoid flying with Air Serbia in the future.
Pros: WeII, I didn't die.
Cons: Everything. They gave us a 10mx10m prison ceII with no windows and no AC to wait in. EVERYONE had to smushed into this room, as each gate area has its own security. Boarding the pIane was pathetic, with us standing in a bus for 20 mins and no expIanation. The back of the seats were faIIing apart.
Cons: The fact that I had to check my guitar was odd. And online check In was difficult . I ended up paying more to check my guitar in at the airport
Cons: Check in was slow but not crowded and they lost my and other 20 passengers’ suitcases! No information was given about why and we still don’t have any information. AirSerbia does not respond do emails or calls.
Pros: the boarding was smooth, the bus to the plane wasn't crowded and the plane was flying low so you could enjoy the sceneries and still get cell phone reception.
Cons: the overhead compartment was a bit small and there was almost no leg room but both of my flights were short. I booked my flight through an app and it didn't give me any checked baggage so I tried to modify my booking through airserbia website but I couldn't so I ended up paying 60 euros for my bag at the airport.
small but good plane

Pros: Food was fantastic. Crew was attentive and polite.
Pros: Crew was friendly and very attentive. Food was better than most airlines’ long haul meals.
Cons: Standard intra-European business class seats, which aren’t any more comfortable than economy. Wi-Fi wasn’t available for a portion of the flight.
On board Air Serbia flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x20cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Air Serbia assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
