A crew member was very rude and forced us to check in our carry on although we were sitting on row 7 we explained that we didn't have any checked in bags and did this so we could speed up our exit. He was very rude and grabbed our luggage's and tagged them to be checked in and said everyone has to check them in there is not space on the plane. As soon as we got on the plane we could see all the available overhead space and multiple people behind us with luggage's that were bigger than ours brought them on the plane. The fact that he was so rude really made the flight experience horrible. His attitude felt like he singled us out and just wanted to ruin our day which he did.

I flew first class and I was beyond disappointed. It was a regular coach configuration the entire plane. The only thing that made it “first class” was a spacer between the two coach seats. I paid for first class, not a piece of plastic between seats. What a joke. I was served a 3 ounce portion of wine and nothing more. I had one Kit Kat bar . This is not what I would expect from AeroMexico and a Delta partner. Might as well stick to Volaris if that’s their idea of “first class”
SkyTeam Elite Plus status was not recognized by Aeromexico (it was on my outbound flight - I even got upgraded - the return flight was a complete 180 degree experience). The flight was not properly catered. No wine available other than in first class, only beer option was Michelob Ultra. Not the crews fault, likely just poor logistics with catering and ground personnel. At the time, masking was required but not properly enforced at all.
Did not like anything about it. We need accurate information delivered in an organized manner. Total caos
I liked the crew members and boarding personnel. Food could have been much better. It felt like a frozen snack. There’s no organization and a very poor way to communicate changes to passengers.

Flight was delayed 45 minutes, came to LA - broken gate, 30 minutes later re-parked to the new gate, total close to 2 hours late.
When they allow the baggage handlers to destroy your luggage, how can you read it anything other than horrible. Brand new suitcase. And a big fuck you from aeromexico
MY FLIGHT FROM ABU DHABI TO ISTAMBUL WAS DELAYED, WHICH MAKE ME LOOSE MY FLIGHT ESTAMBUL CHICAGO, WHICH MAKE MAKE LOOSE MY FLIGHT CHICAGO MEXICO, CONTACT YOUR GUEST SERVICE AND DIDNE HEL ME OUT EVENTUALLY AFTER MORE THAN 36 HOURS OF TRAVELLING HAD TO BOOK A HOTEL NIGHT NEAR O HARE AIRPORT AND A NEW TICKET, SUDDENLY AT 12 PM ON MARCH 8 SOMEONE FROM YOU COMPANY CONTACTED ME SAYING THEY WILL HELP ME OUT BUT SINCE I HAD MOVE ON THROUGH MY OWN MEAN THE GUARANTEE DOESNT APPLY AND WONT RE IMBURSE FROM YOUR!! Do not fly with Aeromexico if you are only transiting through Mexico. Mexico requires everyone even transiting passengers to go through Immigration and customs. I had to wait for 2 hours in passport check line (There is another line at customs too and everyone has to go through it) and as soon as I arrived at gate my next flight was boarding. The airlines service is also very poor with poorly maintained plans. Entertainment system, light, volume or call buttons didn't work in my flight and I was flying in business.
Please do not travel with Aeromexico if your destination is not Mexico. The problem is that Mexico requires passport checks for transit passengers. The lines were huge when I arrived and I waited 2 hours in line to have my passport checked and then by the time I arrived to the gate the boarding for my next flight had already started. AM plans are generally very old and poorly maintained. When my flight to SFO was about to take off the cockpit cabin door was thrown open. The entertainment system didn't work. the buttons for light and call button didn't work and I was in business class. I will do my best to avoid Aeromexico in future.
The crew in Mexico City was terrible! Thank stood in line for two hours to drop off my bags. I had already checked in and had paid for two suitcases. They had a huge line, minimal staff, and did not move quickly. They would all huddle and chat, close down their station while we waited. Then when someone finally helped me, they were not friendly at all. They seemed forced to help me. I was also charged again for my suitcases. I chose to fly with Aeromexico because it was The cheaper choice. I will never fly with them again.

Delay 45 min
The initial boarding was delayed half an hour due to "traffic issues" at México City. In the last year, about a quarter of the AeroMexico flights I have taken have been moderately or seriously delayed for some reason. I need to remember to book plenty of layover time when flying AM. In all other respects, I think that the crew and service are just fine. When there are delays such that multiple passengers will miss connections on their next AeroMexico segment, it would be good if the crew upon landing would identify those passengers directly and inform them of rebooking options, or even call ahead to the next gates to tell them to wait a few minutes. And if departure or arrival delays occur frequently with specific flights, airlines should adjust the schedules of those flights.
Will allow only carry on baggage on staff appreciation not space availability or over head space capacity.
Terrible Airport experience. Over sold flights so I was in line for almost 2 hrs and lost my flight due to their incompetence. Waiting now at the airport for 10 hrs to get on the next flight. Ridiculous!!!!
Not cancel flights and do not notify the passengers. It was a great inconvenience.

Crew arguing with passengers. TV set on my seat was broken 8F. I paid almost &40 to upgrade to a closer seat from the original. When drink cart came out attendant offering drinks only was speaking Spanish. My daughter in law doesn’t speak Spanish. I kept telling him and all he said was she must not want a drink and moved on to the next row. Worse flight experience ever. I flew over 100,000 miles so far this year on alaska airlines and was never treated this way.
Didn’t like that we purchased first class seats over 5 months ago to be moved out of our seats, receive a message that we could up grade back into first class and when I call to talk with someone in the airline be told that we been but on a different plane with no first class and must accept what we are given. Then we board and find out there was first class with empty seats and we weren’t allowed because we agreed to be moved to a lower class prior to boarding.
