Easy, efficient. Fast.
2 hours delay on the plane causing us to miss our connection
2 hours delay on the plane causing is to miss our connection
Snacks could come back to normal now that COVID rules have relaxed, given this is not a low fare company
Pros: Great seat. Lots of space. Wonderful crew
Cons: Sandwiches could be better
Pros: Good choice on the cabin crew. Reminds me of Vijay MALYA's Kingfisher calendar girls at their startup. Being naughty. Overall crew very courteous and importantly bilingual.
Cons: Food option for Economy was a pleasant surprise, perhaps could be switched for just hot and cold beverages with a snack... a big grandma cookie... choices of indulging/ healthy/ neutral.
Cons: Business class is basically what economy is on Air France or Swiss
Pros: New plane, comfortable seats, cheerful and polite staff
Cons: There were no overhead screens with the video clips about Greece and its food...
Pros: Ye,everything was fine
Cons: rip off at boarding. very intellectual airline. we had a piece of luggage for two. total weight 8.2kg. I have been flying with this case for more than 10 years without any problems. aegeian found out that he 1.5! cm is too long. we would have to pay 50 euros. I go to court with this bill
Cons: For the Athens to Heraklio flight, I'm not sure offering sesame desert (or anything sugary) to tired and hungry travelers is a good idea. For many of us, this was a the second, late-night connecting flight, after many hours of traveling. Something salty would probably be more appreciated and enjoyed at that moment.
Cons: Healthier food.
Cons: Healthier food.
Pros: Price is good
Pros: Food and drinks!
Cons: Nothing, it was great
Cons: The check in gate wouldn't let us board and we lost all our money! :)
Pros: I liked getting food and drink.
Cons: Letting people check in earlier.
Cons: There is no free beverage service, let alone snacks or meals. Some tickets do not allow you to pre-book a meal and there is no way to buy a hot meal even in a 12-hour flight.leg room is a bit small and carry on restrictions are getting lower all the time.
Pros: Price, availability of their ticket and they deliver a good product and the flight was on time. Excellent crew
Cons: Overall this trip was a very good experience. I love Aegean and use them as much I can
Pros: The crew was amazing, food and overall experience.
Pros: The crew
Cons: The kosher food
Cons: 1:30 delay
Cons: More space
Cons: EXCELENT SERVICE BOTH ; COUNTER & IN AIR:: GREAT FOOD ; LOVED THIS AIRLINE
Pros: Crew was ok. Cabin was super hot and they never answered call bell for us to ask for water and to cool down cabin. While doing pre departure and pre landing safety checks . Flight attendant never caught fact that person in isle seat was blocking our row ( I was on window seat) with a huge back pack . Poor safety and cabin service by flight attendants ! U satisfactory ! And Very unsafe !!
Cons: Cooler comfortable cabin and better overall service and more adherence to safety. Very bad airline
Pros: Modern, clean airplane with spacious seating and attentive crew.
Pros: Crew is really friendly. We ran into one of them afterwards when our metro from the airport broke down and she helped us understand what was going on (we didn't speak the local language).
Cons: Boarding was slow, but it's a cultural thing at the departure airport.
Pros: It was a pleasant and uninterrupted flight with good service by the cabin crew
Cons: The boarding procedure at Bucharest Airport was more like boarding a bus - not a big issue but if I had to find one thing to improve that is what I would suggest.
