The car was great, only complaint I have is with check in. The woman was not very helpful. I didn’t not get her name but she talked so fast that I could not even begin to understand or hear her. Seemed annoyed when I asked questions, just rushing through the whole thing. I am not one to leave bad reviews but it was pretty rude. I felt like I was a bother to her, it was a chaotic and confusing encounter. Other than that the car was very clean and nice. Easy and fast drop off.Reviewed 16 Oct 2023

Upon arrival was told they were out of the size car I had reserved. I was given the option of waiting an hour or more with the hope that a car in that class might be returned or pay almost twice as much to get an the only available vehicle without a wait.
