The man who was completing our paper work entrusted me with his GPS holder mount to use with my phone and just asked if I could return it to him on delivery of the car, which I did.Cons:
I requested a GPS and none available. Also The car was parked at the further most spot from the rental location and was raining pretty hard. There were 3 staff behind the counter and I was at that moment the only customer at the counter. It would have been appreciated had they brought the car to the nearest door. Also when filling the gas tank to return the car I inadvertently left the car in reverse and the steering locked up and was unable to unlock it. I contacted the office and the only advice I received was to call a tow service, didn't even provide a phone no.Avis
