- good service from Sixt - good value for money - Brand new carCons:
- taxes were supposed to be included in the amount sent by Kayak. However, Sixt added 20% VAT. The agent said he could not do anything since this part of the process is done automatically and should be checked by Kayak :/Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pros:
Enterprise took the time to explain how their policies worked in France regarding the initial deposit and eventual refund. In addition, they gave a great overview of the car the morning of our rental so there was no question where things like the spare tire, jack were. All in all, very good experience.Cons:

We reserved an Opel vivero or similar and they wanted to give us a station wagoner ,so they cancel the reservation and asked us to pay twice more; and we lost three hours of our journey.8.0 Very Good
