We got a great deal on our car rental- which was the most important factor. Our compact car was very nice and comfortable, perfect for the 2 of us. We were grateful that the agent spoke English to help us with check-in, as we were in a more remote part of Spain.Cons:
At check-in the agent made us feel a bit anxious about our decision to forgo the insurance option, even though we let him know that we had rental car insurance covered through our credit card. That made me question if we would end up with some crazy claims after drop-off. However, we did not, so that thankfully ended up not being an issue. Drop-off was a bit of a hassle. We had to drop-off very early in the morning and the establishment was not yet open. We tried calling several times through the international channels to see what to do with the car, since there was a locked gate. There was a drop box, but it did not give instructions on where to park the car.
