Pros:
At pick-up I was given a Seat Ibiza as an equivalent to the Kia Rio I reserved. It was not equal. It was very deficient, not the same class as the Rio. I reported this to Sixt Rent a Car and when they receive a Kia Rio a few days later switched the cars for me. The Kia Rio I received was very nice.Cons:
When I reserved the car with Kayak I declined the collision damage waiver insurance. When I picked the car up Sixt made me purchase the insurance to get the car. I was stuck so I had to agree. I reported this to Kayak and they basically told me that Sixt could add any charges they wanted no matter what my contract with Kayak said. I want the 620 QAR I paid for insurance refunded to me. Kayak appears to be only a broker that provides no follow-up service. I will never use them again unless they cam refund my insurance payment.10.0 Wonderful
