Picked car up at 5:30 AM at Tampa Airport. Found only one staff member to assist with pickup. She was very polite, courteous and did ger best with a new software system. It took a while but she competed the process. Vehicle ran great and was clean. Return process was seamless. Overall a very good experience.Reviewed 18 Jun 2026

The car was not cleaned prior to my pick up. The car also did not run properly, then Enterprise would not simply let me swap it out with another vehicle.Reviewed 10 Apr 2026

I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise. The representative at the Brandon, FL location was incredibly helpful, customer-focused, and accommodating. When I returned the vehicle in Killeen, TX, I received the same high level of service—friendly, efficient, and professional. The representative there expedited the return process and had me on my way quickly. I highly recommend both locations to anyone in need of rental car services.Reviewed 29 May 2025

The people at the first enterprise we went to were too busy, unhelpful and gave away our rental car. Took us three hours to find a big enough rental. We reserved the rental June 20th for a family vacation. Really at a loss they gave away our vehicle. We finally found one at another location after going to four locations with no large vehicles. We then paid 300$ more for not even the same car we originally rented. Really disappointed.Reviewed 8 Jul 2024
