Pros:
Quick pickup and drop off of the car.Cons:
They could have checked the engine oil level before giving the car for a week long usage. I got it with very low engine oil were in the middle of the week it already giving me a oil change warning all the time makes me worry with all my driving. Upon returning, I have 3% left on engine oil with so much conservative driving. 😞6.0 Okay

Cons:
This location is different from the car rental center, is only open from 8AM to 4 PM, and the street name has been changed though both Kayak and Dollar have not updated this in their systems. There is not a shuttle service from the Airport to this location so you have to Uber it to get there. Taking that cost into consideration, you don’t save any money renting a car from here plus getting there and back can be quite a hassle. It’s a shame because the service was great otherwise.2.0 Poor

Pros:
I was able to select a pickup time of 10PM, yet the counter closes at 10PM? We waited in line for the airport shuttle and travelled all the way over to just have to backtrack to a Uber and not get the car until the next morning. The wait the following Morning was over an hour in line.Enterprise

The day picking my rental, they said that the Kayak rep made a mistake and the truck was not available, and said Enterprise can put me on a wait list, not only I wasted 2 hours wondering what just happen, and left empty handed, no apology, no offering any solution, not even a discount if I was letting them put me in a wait list, it ruined my time off with my buddy from High school, we ended up renting a U Haul box 24 ft truck only thing they had to tow the boat my friend rented with out any issue, we had 3 days for the vacation, and we used 1 of it just to rent a box truck because Kayak and Enterprise did not deliver the reservation we agreed on, bad business and me and my family and friend will not ever spend a penny at Enterprise, I did talk to my attorney in the bait and switch after a binding agreement in a rental vehicle, especially it’s from Enterprise set up by Kayak, I travel a lot and visits family and friends a lot, I rented over almost one hundred of car from Enterprise, always used Price.com, and my wife wanted to try Kayak, what a mistake, never in my life stuff like this happened, because people cared and always taking care guest, if company made a mistake, I do know any big Corporation spend hundred of thousand of dollars to get guest doing business with them, that’s what I do, and just take 1 or 2 employee who don’t care about the guest your company spend money on, and lost my and my family plus friends business, keep it up see how long can your company afford to do this to any guest from your company, it just a truck!! Nothings at all!! But to ruin a high school class vacation is priceless, how do you plan to pay that back!!!10.0 Wonderful

The las vegas pick off enterprise is a crook. He understood we couldnt really negociate with him since we were in a rush so he decided to downgrade our car to a compact even if we paid for an Intermediate cars and he gave us 10$ refund and he said it was non negociable.Sixt

One of the seatbelts in the front row of the van was not working and self released a number of times, putting the passenger at risk. By the time we noticed it was a repeating failure, we were too far away from the rental company to return to exchange for a safer van. We were able to rearrange seating to ensure all our passengers safety.Hertz
