I asked for a map and got a stylized picture of the island with a few street names indicated. Navigating the island was difficult at best. Car had many dents and scratches and the agent went over the car with me in a very poorly lit parking lot. It was also pouring rain. I could have missed many of the dents.6.0 Okay

We also called the phone number one the door but nobody answered until the 3rd call and the person that answered said they weren't Sixt car rental. The staff knew what they were doing, and had 0 min wait both for check-in and check-out. When I walked in to check out, someone else came to desk and asked if I had been helped yet, then immediately helped me. For most credit cards, they said, they don't require the extra insurance, but debit cards require $100 deposit.Cons:
Didn't have the small car category I ordered, but the SUV wasn't that big of a price jump. $100 deposit refund on my Bank of Guam debit card takes 2+ days to become available.2.0 Poor

They CONFIRMED the rental, but didn’t have a car! I arrived at the airport and they told me they had no cars. They acknowledged that I had a reservation, but said they couldn’t honor it. I had to go rent a more expensive car from an off-campus rental company. Notably, the same group also does Alamo rentals here, and the last car that I had with them was infested with cockroaches.10.0 Wonderful

Car was not what I asked for. They didn't have any other car available, other than their most expensive. The car was three times more expensive then the one originally picked. The GPS was non-functional due to it having no local maps loaded, and the Sirus Satellite radio didn't have a current subscription. The car smelled like cigarettes and I asked for a new one that didnt smell and was told that there wasnt anything they could do they said they would call me and met me know when a new one was available but never called. I tried to exchange it 3 times and ended up having to buy air fresheners for the car. Nothing ever happened with getting a new car. Would NOT recommend AVIS to anyone in the future2.0 Poor
