Pros: Agent at pickup was extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: Car had some hail damage and damage on backseat. as well as other dents and scratches. the rental agent noted some but not all but was helpful showing damage we reported. Also, AC only worked intermittently. when we told the agent at return, she said we must have not been setting all the buttons correctly. She also was not helpful when we needed to change rental to a different dropoff because our flight was cancelled. Quoted us an additional $400 although I just had gotten an online confirmation for one size smaller vehicle for a total of $38. She said that size was not available and we would have to come back later. We went to Hertz for similar car available immediately for $51. Budget/Avis agent was not helpful at all.

Pros: Customer service at the counter was fine.
Cons: Car indicated low battery on key fob right away and the back of the station wagon would not open. We had to put suitcases in the back seat.
Pros: The rentals are so close to the gates. My flight was arriving at 10:30pm and the listing said the counter was closing at 11pm, so I had no problem with timing.
Cons: This is a reach I know , but it would be good if I were warned on the website that since my flight and Hertz counter closing was so close together. And perhaps I would like to know more directly what it would mean if my flight was delayed . So just the extra precautionary preparation would have been good peace of mind.
