Pick up was a disaster, was stated to be at airport was not, no indication of how to get to them google gave a closed office location and phone number did not work, price was not as quoted would have been similar price to go with a main stream company. Even details of how to get back to airport was vague end result lots of walk g both ways!Sixt

Did not get a final bill at the return -- got a copy of damage report emailed (no damage, everything in order, fuel full, etc. ), but did not get a bill. I rent a lot for business and family trips and expect to immediatly get a final bill for the rental on return -- very unsatisfactory. Will I get a surprise? I don't know?5.2 Fair

I don't like that you always end up spending 2x more money than the rental to cover insurance as they will not take insurance from the state's. Would like to have this disclosed.2.0 Poor
