I received a conformation and show up to the rental with no cars available I lost 2 hours plus Uber rides because of that. I also paid for insurance that charged me so now I have to go through that process.2.0 Poor

Cons:
I made a reservation for 1pm in Miami Beach at 4332 Collins Ave. I arrived at Alamo at 1pm. There was a line of 100 people and only 2 people working for Alamo. I waited for almost 2.5 hours and finally got my car at 3:27pm. You owe me for 2.5 hours that I paid for but didn’t use plus wasting 2.5 hours of my life.2.0 Poor

After having a reservation and waited in line for an hour the guy from the rental came and told that the didn’t have any more cars. So whats the point on making a reservation if they are not enough organized to know how many cars they have available. Worst experience ever9.6 Wonderful

Where do I start? The vehicle was full of bugs. The check engine light came on 2 days into my trip and went into “power mode” where I could not exceed 25 mph. This rental was a complete joke. I want my money back in full.6.0 Okay

No one at enterprise office it was closed No one at fountain blue knew anything about were to pick up car Lost two hours waiting on phone Costumer help n managers totally useless Finally figured out the address was not in fountain blue even though clearly said fountain blue Walked two blocks had to wait on another line for hour Manager at alimo felt bad gave me car for free A for effort but how dose enterprise not know what or were or who to call? They didn’t even have my car. I made reservations on 2 enterprise places and none of them helped me. The service it’s terrible and I would never recommend. Waste of my time going there on a first place. But for the future I know. I will never ever rent from them7.2 Good

I arrived a few hours after my rental appointment time and was told the rental had been automatically cancelled after two hours. Have never heard of this type of policy and was not informed of the cancellation in any way, so found this very unprofessional. They had no cars so we had to scramble to find one elsewhere. Will not return to this rental location.2.0 Poor

Checking out the car was a tedious process...more staff are needed at the Collins Ave. site. We were not made aware of the additional $10 charge on our rental charge for tolls until we checked out the car.Priceless
