Cons:
We could not pick up the car. We arrived at KEF airport and Dollar told us to go to Reykjavik city location to pick up the car. It was Xmas season and not all locations were open.2.0 Poor

Great car, awesome drop-off experience. Attentive employees who knew what they were doing.Cons:
The pickup still took more than 1.5 hours, even though I had reserved/booked in advance, which made me miss my hotel check-out time. One unfortunate employee was left to deal with a long line of customers who hadn't booked in advance, further penalizing those who had planned ahead.8.0 Very Good
