Cons:
Wouldn't honor my reservation price and tried to charge me over 5X the rate I confirmed with Kayak. She said, "its Christmas week, I can't honor that price." I had to take a taxi into the city and make other arrangements. Don't use Kayak for international reservations.4.0 Mediocre

Poor condition of vehicle. Vehicle made rattling noise from engine, which made us insecure of car breaking down. When defrost / a/c system was powered an extremely loud and disturbing sound came from what I imagine is the compressor. This last condition resulted in lots of vibration in the car when idle.8.0 Very Good

Easy to deal with, convenient off site pick up and drop off and very reasonable rates. I would definitely use them again as cars were good and they are by far the cheapest car rental company I have ever used.Cons:
Dropped off prior to opening time at 7am but didn't get loaded onto bus for 15 minutes. Maybe they could start work 15 minutes earlier to check cars so we can get to airport on time. Also, clients had to work out who should go on first bus to airport based on flight departure times. I think the staff could have organised this. Excess was $5500, we would like to pay a (very) small amount extra to reduce this to $5000 as this is what our travel insurance will cover.10.0 Wonderful

Pick up/drop off shuttle was great, car was clean and ready to go. Staff were helpful and friendly.Cons:
Tried to change the name of primary driver prior to pick up and was told that I would have to make a whole new booking and that a similar vehicle was not available. I do not understand why the name could not simply be changed, and how my reserved vehicle was suddenly not going to be available. As a result we had to pay extra to have additional driver put on.Sixt

Car was old...it had over 117,000km on odometer, plus a weak battery making for difficult starting. But having said that, the car made it through iur rental period ok.10.0 Wonderful
