The hotel's interior is really unique. The owner seems to be very friendly, just not very experienced yet.

The hotel's interior is really unique. The owner seems to be very friendly, just not very experienced yet.
The location is great once you find it. The street on which the "hotel" resides is blocked on both ends. There is a parking lot very close by, but the hotel provides only their address and put in Google Maps will try to direct you through a REAL MAZE of extremely small streets. Suggestion for the owners: GIVE clear directions on how to get to the parking lot, when you know people will be renting cars (like you knew in our instance). The next issue is that when we arrived, there was no one on the property :( We had to wait outside like 20 minutes to for the owner to come. I think they were expecting us the next day. If you have just 4 rooms, you should be extremely careful when to be on the property to check-in your guests. The third issue and the one that prompted me to write this is the parking ticket we got. We had explicitly asked the property to reserve a parking spot, which they said they will do. Upon arrival, we asked for the permit, which they said will get the next day, but to park in the public parking, which is close by. I explicitly asked is that OK, and they said yes. The next day when we returned we got a parking ticket. The owner said she will pay for is (it was only like 24 euros) and provided us a temporary parking permit. I got a notice from the rental car company today, that the ticket has not been paid and now I own 60 euros. The fourth issue is that the owners are on the property during the day (not sure if the whole day), but leave at around 6 pm I think. The property has an entrance door with a numeric pin, which is provided to you upon check-in. The problem is that the room door is with a regular key card. One night, we forgot our key card in the room and got back like 1 am. And the real problem started. I tried to call the number of the owner, but it was not in service (she had it turned off, or the battery has died).
