The staff were so helpful in accomodating our needs as cyclists.The breakfasts were well presented meeting all the needs and tastes of various nations.The location was central, close to trains and reasonably close to the airport
The air conditioner was not consistent in cooling .It often turned itself off at night .Fortunately the door opened up the outside to allow cooler air .

You notice that the hotel is a bit out of date for example one has to close the shutters for the shower really carefully, they are that old and fragile they can just tumble out. But instead of fixing this one has to make a 50 Euro deposit in case something breaks. Hotel is quite noisy.

All the staffI met here were wonderful. Check-in was easy and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is good, not too far from the train station and in the heart of the old town. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. Lots for choices and very nice coffee.
The WiFi was challenging to say the least. The shower screen was just hanging on.

If you do the check-out before 7:30 you have to go do it at a different hotel, but it is very close and the staff there were also very kind and we had our breakfast there.
Location is in city centre-very practical.
When you enter the lobby you are first struck by the moldy smell, which is also present in the stairwell and the escalator. The room was ok, spacious and reasonably clean. The bed and cushions rather uncomfortable. During our stay my car was broken into (parked in the hotel parking which is supervised)- after a lengthy talk with the manger, who was reasonably understanding, no agreement was reache...Read more
Large room for the price. Nice staff. Good location.
The hotel seems to once have been of high class but there haven't been any investments made in decades to keep it at high standards. The room smelled old. The AC didn't work properly. It turned off after a while and even while running it didn't really cool down the room. Furthermore there were multiple lights on the wall that couldn't be turned off, which were very bright at night.
Nice hotel in the heart of Olbia, spacious room with a balcony to enjoy a drink of an evening and listen to the buzz of the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful in recommending sights to see and restaurants to visit. Breakfast is small but good!
