Excellent location near Valetta. Excellent breakfast and dinner. The stay met our expectations.

Fabulous gym, two rooftop pools, heated indoor pool and solarium. Fabulous rooftop facilities and the views are to die for. The room was very comfortable and we had a very cute balcony where we could sit out and enjoy a bottle of wine. The staff were extremely kind.
Halfway through our stay the breakfast room went under a huge renovation and so we were moved to a conference room for the Hotel to eat their breakfast from. There was a noticeable change in the quantity of range of breakfast available. If we hadn’t of experienced the actual breakfast room we would not have noticed and just thought that this is what they offered, but it was a little underwhelming....Read more

Hairdryers need upgrading and bigger towels needed!
Spent 3 nights here and was impressed with the range of restaurants and location. It's set back from the coastal areas so doesn't feel as busy as some do by the sea front. A couple of pools as well and breakfast had a good range of options.
Restaurants did seem more expensive than other places to eat in Sliema. The air con unit was a little noisy and took a while to get use to it. The indoor pool felt like it was due some maintenance
Warm pools and view from roof, good breakfast, good coffee, comfortable beds, room was quiet, staff was nice.
AC was not working well, but it was not very warm now, so it was not big problem.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Great location and rooftop facilities
Greater availability of food choices especially on Monday nights.
Breakfast was good, plenty of choice but issues with the coffee machine which the staff were dealing with.. I liked that as we had to move to Wm Shakespeare room for breakfast that there was option to eat outside.
Possibly cut up some of the big bread loaves for toasting. Was taking people a while to decide on what type of bread they wanted and then for them to cut what they wanted. I think if there was some bread pre cut it may cut down on queues at bread basket
Clean comfortable good wifi and away from the madness of Sliema waterfront but easy to walk down to it Also attached to the AX Palace hotel and use their facilities

Really nice stay above our expectations. We really appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff especially one men when we arrived in the night and one lady during the day (head manager) that gave us lots of advices and tips.
