We had a sea view room (lucked out as we hadn't booked it) and it was exceptional. The room was really clean, comfortable and we used the pool on our last day - facilities are great and we really enjoyed the atmosphere there. The hotel is perfectly located - as you're minutes from the beach and Ibiza town. I would stay here again!
We could hear our neighbours talking in the room next door (but they were very loud) so I would say, the walls are quite thin but nothing we couldn't deal with as we weren't spending that much time in our rooms.
Absolutely fantastic location, in front of the sea. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Nice and very clean room, swimming pool, gym, bar within the hotel.
We had a noisy neighbor on our floor, but it wasn't really bothering as Eivissa is a place for fun and relaxation for everyone
All staff was friendly. Location and view were fantastic. Room, lobby, gym, pool, entertainment corner, hotel restaurants all in good condition.
The pillows were a bit hard for our taste. Bathroom was clean, but could use a small renovation.

great sea view, straight onto the promenade and sea. clean room, all we needed, except we had to ask for a kettle and cups...not as standard! great reception staff, polite, helpful...excellent service all round

It was my first time in Ibiza, and my group of friends and I stayed at this hotel. There were 9 of us in total, and we all had a great experience. The staff was amazing, the view was incredible, and the hotel provides everything you need: a gym, breakfast, and a swimming pool.
