The room was very nice and well spec'd. Considering the price, it was excellent value. Food and drinks were of a high standard. Roof bar was cool and had the best live music we'd heard the entire trip. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Location is perfect.
Some parts of the hotel could do with a little refresh but for the price, it was excellent value.
Clean, upscale, even luxury… I mean, this place was tight in every aspect. I loved staying there. The location was excellent. The doormen & women were excellent. The coffee shop right with desserts, excellent. From hallway, elevator, breakfast buffet to the room and view, all excellent. I hope to repeat exactly that stay again. I loved it!
The price was higher than other hotels that I looked at, but the value made up for it it guess. That I’m booked already for next year should say a lot though.
Good breakfast with some vegetarian/vegan options. Clean and spacious room, complimentary water (restocked every day). Staff was very friendly and attended to our every needs.
Bathroom design super weird - sink was in the bedroom with poor lightning, toilet and shower were in an extra room. Hotel is located a bit far off the city center, but with an abundance of options for shopping and eating out. There were cockroaches at the pool area, but I guess that's not unusual in Bangkok.

TV is complicated , netflix didnt open. No waterboiler only nespresso machine with only 1 capucciono. No coffee,

Bathroom a little small and not enough lighting in bathroom, can’t see when doing makeup. Perhaps extra lighting could be added. Not enough wardrobe space, and wardrobe in bathroom.
