Pros (+) We didn't prepay for breakfast but decided to eat there - the breakfast was good, high quality, and I love how guests could have a shot of cod liver oil if they so chose
Cons (-) having to walk entirely around the hotel to the parking was annoying but ok - would be nice to have a back door to the parking - maybe it existed and I didn't know. Parking is very limited and we were lucky to get the last open spot - thank goodness, it had been a long travel day from California

Pros (+) Great location, especially for bus tours and public transport. The bedding was very comfortable and the room came with everything you would need for a few days in Iceland. The spa was very relaxing, modern and clean and having the ability to order drinks from the bar to the indoor and outdoor pool was a cool touch.

Pros (+) The location, the facilities, the restaurant in the hotel. The staff is friendly and supportive. We enjoyed also the sauna in the hotel. Everything is thought through for the guests in the spa. We didn’t catch the Northern Lights at a tour, but when you stay in this hotel, you can go out to the seashore at night trying to catch Aurora, when it is expected according to magnetic activities. We didn’...
Cons (-) The fillers for hair conditioner and for the body lotion were not working in the room, but it’s a minor thing, and we didn’t ask for replacement.
