The rooms, outdoor pool, staff and food
we were extremely disappointed with the spa facilities. The pool and jacuzzi were freezing. I did complain but it didn't get fixed. It was also full off unsupervised children and even some adults shouting and bombing into the pool. Swimming pool was locked at 10 o clock in the morning had to go to reception to ask to open it . Then when it was opens was freezing cold not possible you swim also the jacquizi was cold . When I enquired why the indoor pool was so cold the response I got was it’s 26 degrees and that’s normal . The food was very good, the staff was friendly, and the cleanliness of the room was excellent. Many different organized activities for children and adults. We only attended one nice workshop.
The evening program (concerts...) in the garden was very loud and lasted almost every evening until 11 p.m. Since we traveled a lot during the day, we were tired in the evening and had a hard time sleeping. The beds were comfortable, except for the pillows for the head, which were extremely hard.
Nice hotel and a great location, very close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Went self-catering and didn't eat at the hotels can't comment on the food. We visited in October and it wasn't too busy, during August we prefer a private villa as hotels can get very busy but this place is great in the off-season.
The pool was a little cold but that's due to the time of year. There is a small indoor pool with hot tub but the hot tub could do with updating.
Very good location, really close to the beach. You have various parking spaces close to the hotel so that was great. The food there was also very good and we really enjoyed the live concert that they had on one of the nights. We also had a balcony so that was nice, to stay there in the off-time.
The location was short distances to the port and the beach. The beds were comfortable and room was a good size.
The evening entertainment finished early.
The staff were very helpful nothing to much trouble for then. When arrived reception saw I was disabled and arrange for someone to take my bags to the room and told me to Dail 9 if I needed anything. When swimming in the outside pool the lifeguard was waiting for me with my crutches to help me out of pool. This is exceptional service for a 3 star hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Location u could not have better and its the staff in the hotel from the front desk to the life gaurd which makes this hotel what it is..a friendly happy place to stay plenty to do during the day.rooms are clean and spacious the apartment we stayed in .the entertainment crew one of the best I have been around. You had to request a kettle and toaster for the apartment which I feel is a basic essential for a self catering accommodation. Tv only has 1 English speaking channel which is world news.the entertainment at night finished at 10 everything stops but bar stays open until 12. Could do with still playing some music.
