The bed was very good. The pool is nice, but not very deep.
The pool is only 1,25m, barely deep enough for swimming. There is music outdoors all the time. The room was average at best. Staff was ok but a bit snobish. At breakfast there were always people on speaker for calls, super annoying, can't even start the day with some peace and quiet. Clientele was mostly older white men with an "I'm important" attitude. The hotel is beautiful, rooms ate comfortable. The pool and other kids amenities are great.
The reservation included 2 todlers and the rooms initially reserved were in separate floors. The person at the reception desk even made a face to our indication that it was a problem.
Location, breakfast and restaurant staff were great.
Our bathroom shower was leaking the whole stay and the sink was plugged. We told the front desk and the room attendants who said it was known issue but were unable to fix. On the last day I slipped and fell on the wet floor and hurt my arm on the shower glass. I also informed the front staff and nothing was done. Wet floor was not cleaned and no apologies. Beautiful hotel, great swimming pool, lake view and amazing breakfast. The kids activities were also a highlight! My daughter loved playing with the kids staff and they were super nice.
The WiFi connection is pretty bad, unstable and at some parts of the room it doesn’t work at all.
The overall ambiance was wonderful. Would stay here again.
The restuarant options were very limited.
The Location is unique in Brasilia, direct at the lake.
They have a lack of technical problems and issues - missing a renovation.
the hotel is beautiful, the room spacious, the shower is very good. The pool was closed when we arrived and remained so for 2 days. Breakfast was excellent.
The staff needs better training. We had to ask for towels replacement everyday as the ones provided were smelly. Our room had a faulty frigobar so no cold water or drinks. After our request they sent a maintenance man to replace the frigobar. Water were not replaced at the frigobar for 4 days. Buffet, and the staff are amazing. I would go back in a heartbeat because the hotel is really beautiful and people are very friendly and professional. The pool is my favorite area
Nothing really. Everything I look for in a 5 star resort is here. Service is onpoint. I have nothing to say that I do not like about this hotel.
