Pros (+) Great location, Convenient, Great bfast.

Cons (-) One of the employee was very rude. Who made racial remarks “ Go back to your country” - He came knocking to my door in-spite of placing “Do not disturb” sign, in the name of fixing wifi access to my phone. He grabbed my phone & made racial remarks. VERY DISTURBING! DISAPPOINTED!! So far the issue has not been addressed by hotel employee nor Booking.com !

Pros (+) Great breakfast best I had in Italy this week , really nice staff, lives the room and great location! I will return.

Pros (+) Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. We're able to accommodate an early check in. Good breakfast and spacious room

Cons (-) It would have been good to have day and evening options for food. The neighbourhood however is a bit of a let down. The Internet was not totally reliable and should be enhanced

Pros (+) Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Room was large and comfortable with a massive double shower and Balcony. Breakfast was varied and delicious. House keeping did an excellent job. Short Walk to train / bus station for all transport links. Next to a main shopping street.

Cons (-) No English channels on TV, but it is in Italy so i'll not mark them down :D Some parts of the surrounding area isn't the nicest but nothing against the hotel.

Pros (+) Easy walk from central station (airport bus also stops there). Close to highlights in the historic centre of town, with nearby pizza and pasta places to eat. Large welcoming reception area (with free sweets) and staff very friendly. The lift is quite old but functional - I used the stairwell when I wasn't carrying luggage. Room was very spacious for a single room in Europe! Wardrobe, mini bar/frid...

Cons (-) Take care walking in the nearby side streets at night - the hotel entrance itself is well lit with some protective plants nearby, but some of the nearby streets are poorly lit and it felt unsavoury (not the fault of the hotel).

Pros (+) The location on the edge of the historical district was great. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and being able to have breakfast outdoors on the terrace was a plus as was having a glass of wine at the end of the day on the small but inviting rooftop.

Cons (-) There was a burglary in our room in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. They took all valuable things. The management of this hotel responded very slow and not interested in this incident. We are still waiting for the compansation.
