Pros (+) The apartments are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are professional, attentive, and always available to assist with anything you may need. We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel and would gladly return in the future.

Pros (+) Fab location with lovely views. Easy check in/out. Spacious apartment, open and airy. Good heating and a powerful shower. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of supplies already in the apartment. Dish washing soap, cloths, toilet roll etc.
Cons (-) The road could get very loud during peak times. I had earplugs with me so it wasn't a problem.

Pros (+) The property has insanely beautiful views of the mountain. It is squeaky clean and nearby to Reykjavik as well.

Pros (+) The apartment is really great and cosy. There are all essentials available, from towels, to coffee, shampoos and soaps.
Cons (-) The apartment is out of the city, so without a car it's going to be a bit hard to get around. I would've loved to find more bedsheets to use in the sofabed too. Lastly, I think the room could be closed off from the rest of the apartment easily to offer more privacy (I do realise the room wouldn't have a window but with how dark Iceland can be it wouldn't be an issue).

Pros (+) The apartment was clean and well maintained. Shower was nice.
Cons (-) Where to begin with this one? I've been traveling for work for years and stayed in tens or hundreds of hotels, motels, Airbnb's and such through this time and the check-in here was the worst I've ever had. They inundate you with emails before you arrive. Pages and pages of badly formatted advertisements, useless information and annoying tidbits amongst which they bury info you need to fill out to ...

Pros (+) Great location and a fantastic apartment.
Cons (-) The entrance to the building should have been gritted as it has been snowing and was a little dangerous to drive into. No fault of the apartment management team.
