Pros (+) Amerigo went above and beyond to make my trip special. The breakfast was really wonderful as were the views and the pool area. I loved being on the side of the island that faces sunset. Don't sleep on the boat trip they offer, it's a great way to spend the day seeing the whole island.
Cons (-) The bed could have been a little softer. I tend to have this issue with most places in Europe, so it may be specific to me.

Pros (+) The hotel is excellent! Wonderful location and great staff (thanks Amerigo, Paolo & the entire crew)!!! :-) I was allowed to choose my favorite room.... Amerigo was so nice to pick me up from the ferry and drop me off on my day of return.
Cons (-) The location upon the hills is great; but you have to walk almost 30 minutes to go to the centre or to the beach. Otherwise you have to rent a car or a scooter.... Unfortunately the restaurant was close due to seanson's end....
