Pros (+) The hotel and the room were very clean and well maintained. Everything was tidy and comfortable, and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness
Cons (-) The hotel and the room were clean and well maintained. However, there was a noticeable smell of marijuana in the stairways and elevators, which was unpleasant. The breakfast was good, but it would be better to offer a wider and more diverse selection of food.

Pros (+) Great location, lovely staff - got offered a cup of tea/coffee upon arrival, complimentary bottle of mineral water, good breakfast buffet, clean bathroom.

Pros (+) Friendly staff. Close to the subway stop and centrally located in Berlin. My room was. a quiet double-bedded room away from the street. Bed is two twins put together so you can separate them and share it with a friend if you're single.
Cons (-) My room was very small. It would have beem more comfortable with a cushioned chair and a water cooker for hot tea/ coffee.

Pros (+) The location is good, albeit very busy - it is very well connected and close to nice areas in Kreuzberg.
Cons (-) We had a bed bug problem in the room. In addition, the room was not cleaned well as we found a pair of socks from a previous guest and hair all over the bed. We understand that these things can happen at any hotel, but the major issue was that the hotel staff was extremely unhelpful with these issues.
