Pros (+) The staff is very kind.

Cons (-) The restroom and the shower smelled like urine in every corner, and even the entire floor felt like it had been washed with urine!!! It was traumatic for me.

Cons (-) Very slow check-in. A tired and old looking hotel. Cockroaches in our bedrooms. We found a total of 5. In one of our rooms, the safe did not work. 2 of our rooms faced a building site.

Pros (+) I liked everything about Pullman G. Fantastic location, excellent staff, brilliant Executive Lounge and terrific ambience.

Cons (-) irritating music in the lift 2 days later it is still in my head, expensive, room looking a bit like a hospital room, (white, tiles, spartan)
