# Staff at icheck inn lack customer service skills. # Poor maintenance of the property # The head rest of the bed in most rooms is damaged and in bad condition # No cleanliness # No smoking rooms (cannot even smoke in near lobby) # Not allowed to bring mangosteen fruit. As far as durian is concerned i can understand, but mangosteen!!!!! Strange management policy # Other hotels in surrounding areas have much cheaper rates and better amenities. Overall i would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would give a bad rating.

no one available at reception in the night we had electricity shortcut in the room once we switched on the AC , no one in the reception to take action immediately and to arrange for another room, we have to wait more than one hour to get another room, while we checkout we requested to give little more time as we couldn’t rest in the night due to late check in they are rude and not compromising very bad hotel

Room 406 aircon was thankfully working perfect in the hot weather. As it is my second stay at this hotel, it met my expectations in terms of the location. I was surprised that a 7-eleven has now opened up right next to it and it really brings a lot of convenience to grab last minute gifts for friends rather than walking all the way to the main road outlet just to grab something. Housekeeper has also made my room clean and provided fresh towels on my bed daily.

There aren't any facilities there to talk about, their cafe is also now no longer in operation, perhaps the management need to do something about it. The water pot in room 406 is rusting, for health reasons, my parents advised me not to use it. The shower gel in my room on the first day was apparently a left over bottle, i finished the shower gel and had to request for more, but staff at reception was talking among themself that they usually provide only 1 set a day. For my parents room, they ran out of toilet paper and it was same feedback. I think Amenities like shower gel and toilet paper should be readily available for the guests and not set rules like only 1 set is given per day. During my visit, the temperature in Bangkok was as high as 38 degree, you do not stop your guests from taking showers that is needed to keep themself fresh as and when they return to the hotel from the hot weather.
