No a ala carte food available due to insufficient staff, no towel for shower and i need to use my own towel and carry the wet towel on the way back to Singapore, no hot water for shower, staff sitting down there to chit chat and a cleaner was preparing my lousy latte. Worst Plaza Premium Lounge experience!

Badly managed check-in queue even for online checked passengers doing bag drop - 3 hours before departure at NAIA 3. There was no announcement from airline staff or anyone for that matter at the gate that the plane will be delayed. Plane departed 2 hours late and sitting in the tarmac with poor cooling inside the plane. Badly managed budget airline.

The crew were very pleasant... they were efficient and organised, modern, smart and 'on it' when necessary. I didn't eat as flights were short... no entertainment although they do have Rokki wifi to watch stuff on phones and tablets... I didn't bother though. Boarding was slick... time lost due to late departure was largely recovered in flight... Aircraft was clean and comfortable. Will definitely use as my airline of choice when travelling in the area...

I met with a best friend whom I didn't meet for a decades, and he was I the same GA flight but not a member of GFF. Lounge Team give me a courtesy access so we can have a quite discussion in GA Lounge

They sprayed air disinfectant on everyone as required. They had a sky priority lane. Extra space seats had a lot of room.

Food was not great. What bothered me the most were the number of people they allowed on board who were incredibly sick. There were a couple of people next to me who should not have been allowed on the flight (including stomach sick from the start of the flight). Very very disturbing.

Plane was delayed twice and nothing was communicated. They where aware that we we missing our connecting flights and promised to give us accomodation overnight a KL. when we arrived at KL there was again no communication and they then told us there was to be no accomodation, they had flat out lied. I after about an hour lining up to get a replacement ticket for the next flight (which took unnecessarily long considering they knew this was happening hours in advance), we went to the airport hotel which I would have booked if they had not lied to me to find that it was booked out.

An apppology for a start and hopefully some compensation

No attention to our needs. I booked a wheelchair for my mom from manila to bkk. No wheelchair was provided from malaysia to bkk. I even push my mom in manila airport coz they said they dont have enough staff. My mom had a stroke and she walked all the way in kuala lumpur. What a lousy airline you have

Having to change my ticket was a nightmare. I had to call Garuda in the U.S. and after 45 minutes, was told I had to call Indonesia who took another 45 minutes to process the change. All of this cost time and money, not only for the ticket change but for the calls.
