Badly managed check-in queue even for online checked passengers doing bag drop - 3 hours before departure at NAIA 3. There was no announcement from airline staff or anyone for that matter at the gate that the plane will be delayed. Plane departed 2 hours late and sitting in the tarmac with poor cooling inside the plane. Badly managed budget airline.

They where aware that we we missing our connecting flights and promised to give us accomodation overnight a KL. when we arrived at KL there was again no communication and they then told us there was to be no accomodation, they had flat out lied. I after about an hour lining up to get a replacement ticket for the next flight (which took unnecessarily long considering they knew this was happening hours in advance), we went to the airport hotel which I would have booked if they had not lied to me to find that it was booked out.

The crew were very pleasant... they were efficient and organised, modern, smart and 'on it' when necessary. I didn't eat as flights were short... no entertainment although they do have Rokki wifi to watch stuff on phones and tablets... I didn't bother though. Boarding was slick... time lost due to late departure was largely recovered in flight... Aircraft was clean and comfortable. Will definitely use as my airline of choice when travelling in the area...

Check in and boarding we're both quick and easy. There were unsold exit row seats on our flight and the flight attendants lets us change seats. The in flight meals were quite tasty.

The beverage options were limited and mostly consisted of different flavors of fruit soda. The flight attendants sprayed the cabin with a strange aerosol before landing. Trash was not collected during the flight.

Station manager, Mr. Habibur Rahman was very helpful to reschedule ticket. He is very cordial and cooperative. We wish BG has more people like him. Cabin Crew Kobita and Taslim was good and Captain Enam is the best. Cabin was clrean.

Inside temperature was very cold and there was not enough blanket for the passengers. But Ms. Kobita was apologing on behalf of BG. Kualampur BG staff did not search much and said no seat availavle on 27 February. But station master Habibur Rahman helped us get three seats. When we were in the plane we saw one fourth seat was empty.

Malaysian airlines airport crew at least tried to get us back to Singapore.

Malaysian airlines did not offer us any incentives or better seats after removing us from our flight. We were seated separately and all in the middle row.

Despite recent tragedies that led to loss of life and aircraft, the flag carrier of Malaysia seems to be well on the road back to good health and prosperity. This is a win-win situation all 'round. From being re-booked to an earlier flight by their impressive ground staff to excellent in-flight service and airmanship during the ride, the experience was truly one of the nicest airline experiences in recent memory. With improvements at MNL coupled with this fine experience, I now have another option to choose from when traveling by air both within SEA and beyond. Kudos to all.

Though not MH's fault, having to queue for nearly 2 hours at KLIA to clear immigration formalities was an extremely rude welcome back here, considering that it took me less than 30 minutes in June to clear formalities at the "Budget Terminal."

I even push my mom in manila airport coz they said they dont have enough staff. My mom had a stroke and she walked all the way in kuala lumpur. What a lousy airline you have

In flight meal.

Got told luggage would go straight to bali from origin in Nepal. Waited at baggage check in jarkata just in case. Sure enough, our baggage comes out. Transfer to domestic terminal was almost impossible since we were given no information and our flight number changed completely. All of a sudden it was batik air not malindo, which has a completey different terminal. Will not be travelling with malindo again.

The price. Biman Bangladesh offers the best fares which is the only reason anyone would choose to fly with them.

Biman bangladesh airlines are consistently late. Almost all of their employees display laziness. Check-in and boarding are never easy or pleasant.

The lunch was fresh and very tasty. The personal entertainment system worked well and there was a good variety of programmes. The plane itself was a brand new Boeing 737-800 and was in very nice shape. The crew announcements were consistent and thoughtful.

The service was okay. Not great, but satisfactory. The flight departed 45 minutes later than scheduled time. This seems to be the rule rather than the exception. Not sure if this is a Dhaka Airport problem or a Biman problem. Or a bit of both. The landing in Bkk was hard. The pilot pulled the brakes quickly and forcefully immediately after landing. Not sure why.

Meal and snack was tasty and piping hot. Plane was brand new 737-800 in great shape. Entertainment system worked as described although there were some glitches with movie playback and the Moving Map program. The flight departed BKK on time! Crew were pro and attentive.

Bit of a hard landing in Dhaka, but maybe that's how the pilots have to do it?

Our flight was delayed over 3 hours resulting in us missing our connecting flight from Kuala Lumpur to China and then Los Angeles . Malaysia airlines did not apologize or help us with rebooking our flights or offering hotel accommodation. They just left a family of five with no flight, stuck in Malaysia with no options of getting home. . Flight crew had very hard bumpy landing on both legs of flight and maybe they need to go review landing protocol so that we don't have to have a hard rough landing

No a ala carte food available due to insufficient staff, no towel for shower and i need to use my own towel and carry the wet towel on the way back to Singapore, no hot water for shower, staff sitting down there to chit chat and a cleaner was preparing my lousy latte. Worst Plaza Premium Lounge experience!

The cabin crews were friendly and helpful.

Both flights that I boarded got delayed but no assurance or informed by staffs on what time it might take to arrived.

The crew were very pleasant... they were efficient and organised, modern, smart and 'on it' when necessary. I didn't eat as flights were short... no entertainment although they do have Rokki wifi to watch stuff on phones and tablets... I didn't bother though. Boarding was slick... time lost due to late departure was largely recovered in flight... Aircraft was clean and comfortable. Will definitely use as my airline of choice when travelling in the area...

Badly managed check-in queue even for online checked passengers doing bag drop - 3 hours before departure at NAIA 3. There was no announcement from airline staff or anyone for that matter at the gate that the plane will be delayed. Plane departed 2 hours late and sitting in the tarmac with poor cooling inside the plane. Badly managed budget airline.

Plane was delayed twice and nothing was communicated. They where aware that we we missing our connecting flights and promised to give us accomodation overnight a KL. when we arrived at KL there was again no communication and they then told us there was to be no accomodation, they had flat out lied. I after about an hour lining up to get a replacement ticket for the next flight (which took unnecessarily long considering they knew this was happening hours in advance), we went to the airport hotel which I would have booked if they had not lied to me to find that it was booked out.

An apppology for a start and hopefully some compensation

No attention to our needs. I booked a wheelchair for my mom from manila to bkk. No wheelchair was provided from malaysia to bkk. I even push my mom in manila airport coz they said they dont have enough staff. My mom had a stroke and she walked all the way in kuala lumpur. What a lousy airline you have
