Cons: Flight from Istanbul to Delhi was nightmare. It was like a local flight. Nothing called as comfort was there. I had to pay my own $ for alcohol and some snacks and 1 extra burger.

Cons: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Pros: The flight was surprisingly empty compared to flying to Abu Dhabi. I had an entire row to myself. I was able to lay out and sleep peacefully without worrying about the traveler in front of me leaving their seat back. Highly recommend Etihad airways!

Cons: The waiting lounge had no info on the outside. We came early, was seated close to the door and I served as the info person.
