Pros: Seats were really good and the crew hospitality was awesome

Pros: The flight was great. The crew was wonderful as we were traveling with a wheelchair. I will definitely fly Royal Jordanian again.

Cons: The supervisor and some of his crew were rude because I had a problem and they were not helping

Cons: It took around 15 minutes for airplane to park and I was very near to loose my second flight, if my second flight had not delayed I would have loose it totally.

Cons: The vegetarian meal selected came in as vegan meal. This happened for both onward and return journey. The regular meal provided to passengers were better than the vegetarian meal selected

Cons: My first flight arrived 30 min late which meant that my 50-minute layover was tight. But instead of holding the next plane for us, they forced us to re-book on a flight leaving 14 hours later! I was not ok with this so I pushed the issue and they put me on the flight leaving 6hrs later. :-(((((

Cons: Entertainment Systems are old, low-resolution and difficult to view & operate compared to, say, A380 aircraft. Some did not work. Seats were cramped. One recliner was broken. Cabin crew smiled less. African legs should not have lower quality of equipment and service than other legs.

Pros: Crew was nice and friendly. Food came in a paper bag but still was good and plenty. The plane was an Airbus-330, it's a smaller plane for shorter routes but the seats were actually more comfortable than the newest Boeing 787-9 they use for long hauls.

Cons: Don't bus the passengers to the plane and make them climb the stairs. It's almost 2020.

Cons: The food potions were poor expected more from emirates... I took the same flight to LHR how ever this flight was not cleaned properly and the chairs were uncomfortable... I was sitting at the exit and my luggage bins were filled with blankets hence I had to put my carryon at the end of the plane

Cons: The filet I ordered was so tough that it was inedible. On the whole, the food was not very good, ev n the tea service which was weird. Also, the business class seat are poorly designed. If one is in a window seat and the person on the aisle is using the foot rest, one is trapped in place.

Cons: Schedule issues, rerouted thru LA, very very painful travel, multiple security checks for an issue from the airline schedule. Airline doesn’t give reroute options. Two bags opened and missing personal items. Very frustrating travel. Kids meal choices missing on rerouted flights. I can go on...

Pros: Staff were helpful, pleasant, and attentive. Really appreciated that due to the length of my layover in Doha, I was given a hotel room - which I hadn't asked for, and which Qatar Airlines personnel told me I might be able to get, and then arranged or me. That's excellent service!

Cons: I wish NO ONE's seat tipped back - space is already tight, and if everyone just stayed in their own space rather than tipping seats aback, everyone would have more room! Once the person in front has leaned their seat back, it's impossible to really use the tray, which is pretty frustrating.

Cons: The gate changed in a Dubai without proper announcement, Ground staff should have visited the passengers waiting in the gate waiting area that was printed on boat pass and inform them to new gate. Instead they charged the passengers with no show fees and delayed departure for another 12 hours.

Pros: The flight was surprisingly empty compared to flying to Abu Dhabi. I had an entire row to myself. I was able to lay out and sleep peacefully without worrying about the traveler in front of me leaving their seat back. Highly recommend Etihad airways!

Cons: Crew should have been proactive in determining passengers' needs, etc. Film choices were poor-- lots of violence, few family-orientated options.

Pros: Crew was friendly and online entertainment system had a lot to offer. Online check-in does save time, it's a shorter queue & you just have to drop off your luggage.

Cons: Eithad charges for seat selection now! Not seats with extra legroom or any other perks. But any seat in Economy if you select it 24 hours before departure, anywhere from $25 to $45. Seat selection is free if flight departure is less than 24 hours away but available seats are all random.
