Cons: Extremely rude and uncaring staff. I hate not being booked through with boarding passes. You have to wait in line at every stop, go through security and wait to get your ongoing boarding pass. The Scoot transfer people in Singapore are the most rude people I've ever met.

Cons: They had 0 entertainment on an 8 hour flight. Tv turned off. One small meal after 20 minutes of flying. Would not fly with scoot again.

Pros: Love the width of the seat, the free 30kg luggage allowance and food. All provided without extra cost.

Cons: Seems like Malindo is starting to degrading the service quality. The flight I took before: they change the airplane to batik which was worse with no entertainment, smaller seat pitch, etc. I book Malindo for a reason and paid for what expected using Malindo!! If they had to change the plane they should've given better one or given back compensation to passengers! Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad.

Pros: Nice flight crew, comfortable cabin

Cons: Passenger id check before entering the departure gate took forever. They checked visa permits which actually was not their duty. They're flight ground crews not immigration officer!

Pros: Everything went smoothly from check in to arrival. Bags were delivered timely. Flights were on time.

She said but in Mla she assigned wheel chair but when in Manila they said Scoot did not assigned wheelchair inmy ticket. Pros: The Staff were friendly and efficient, considering the flight time being very short. The Flight Crew got us to our destination 10 mins ahead of schedule, considering also that we were 15 mins behind sitting on the runway for take off, which in effect meant they made up 25 mins. Fantastic job. The Aircraft was clean and well maintained. The seats were comfortable in economy for me, but unfortunately my Husband being a larger tall man was cramped and didn’t have a lot of room to move.

Cons: As the flight was very short the choice of food was limited and the selection was not good, as the choice I required ran out at the first two rows, which were not occupied by many passengers at all. A very light passenger load. The pricing was a little high for the snacks and tiny bottles of water.

Cons: All food was for sale not included. Good it was not more than a four hour flight and I happened to have kept some thai money since it was a flight out of thailand. Also, this was our connecting flight - one in the middle of three flights going back to LA. For some reason, the gate attendant decided to have issues with my wife's passport, ticket, and greencard. All were valid. We bought the tickets and were in the middle of the flight, so it was late for any questions..... Took them awhile to determine that the greencard was really none of their business since we were flying through china and into the US on another airline. Luckily we were able to get on the plane before it left. Seems like the gate agents need better training on this.

Cons: We were running late for the flight due to long lines at immigration which was not Air Asia’s fault, but when we finally made it to the check-in counters we were misdirected several times and given conflicting information. On top of that after we finally checked in we had to go another counter to pay the baggage fee and we’re misdirected there too. After wasting 25 minutes we made the flight, but only because it was 30 minutes late.

Pros: For a budget airline, it's good. The plane is clean and the seats themselves are pretty comfortable.

Cons: They have an extreme lack of communication with their ticketed passengers in terms of flight delays and boarding procedure.

Cons: I didn't realise I was going to be in such a poor airline after booking through the Singapore Airlines website. There was hardly any space, food options were limited, there was no entertainment, they even charged for water! Equal worst airline with jetstar

Pros: Not sure if I have much trust in the crew. Most of the female crew would walk past passengers who had their seats reclined or in the toilets and other situations and wouldn’t notice (during take off and landing) and the guy would come past later and do her job for them. Ground staff in Bangkok

Pros: Crew was excellent. Seats border on the awful. I am 6'2". My knees were almost touching my chest. And, the airline allows seats to recline. Seriously? Short flight however.

Cons: Boarding area at DMK was in a large area for gates 1-6. It was packed. Almost wall to wall people. No air conditioning. Blowers circulating hot air. Major thunderstorm delayed boarding for 1 1/2 hours. All flights. Chaos in the bordering area. Not fun.

Pros: Generally okay and what one could reasonably expect for a regional low cost flight in Thailand. Ground staff were friendly and helpful despite huge numbers of people travelling. Likewise the cabin crew did their best given the low cost nature of the flight and having a full plane.

Cons: Paid for seat selection, which I thought brought with it some priority in boarding, however that was not to be and instead boarding was a bit of a free-for-all with no management of the situation by ground staff. The seat pitch is also hideous and even being of average height it was near impossible to even move my legs to retrieve something off the floor.

Pros: I don't remember ordering food, but I got some and it was okay. Knowing AirAsia, I'd better check my card statement.

Cons: Why give out three or four zones for boarding but only use zone 1, then anything goes afterwards?

Pros: Loved the tinted windows on the Dreamliner! And the rainbow lights at the end of the flight. Scoot personal were excellant!

Cons: Things to know: Need to download an app before getting on the flight to get ScootTV. Plane was a little loud.

Cons: The whole experience was terrible. Scoot decided to - delay flight by 45 minutes without telling me. I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)

Cons: Internet charge was very expensive and electrical outlet could not hold my charger. It kept falling out
