The location was very good close to the old town. The breakfast was excellent and very tasty. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. It was a great location to see all the tourist sites.
There could have been coffee latte or more choices of coffee from the machine.

Location is just very good. Close to old city (just opposite to Ausros Vartai) and very close to train and bus stations. Friendly and helpful personnel. Decent breakfast with everything what you need to start the day.
Room itself was very plain and not cozy. Strange wooden construction under the window took half of the room off. Very tiny shower cabin - very inconvenient to take shower. No shower gel!!??? Just two tiny pieces of soap and two tiny bags of shampoo. In the wardrobe were socks from previous guests :( Strange smell on the halls (maybe just from floor carpets}. Generally mixed and nor very cosy feelings.

This was my 4th stay in this hotel and it was perfect as usual. Room was clean and conformable. My request on early check-in was satisfied. Breakfast now includes omelet (earlier there were only boiled eggs). Staff is very friendly and helpful!
Lighting in the room could be better. It was not bad, but I needed to study for some time and for this purpose it was not enough light. But it's a very common problem for hotels.
