There is no lock in the door from inside the room. This is not safe for the guest.

Excellent breakfast, but the Champaign bottle in the breakfast was not opened.
We found it strange that coffee capsules were charged and that only two capsules were included per day.

The layout of the hotel is excellent - lots of space to relax and very convenient to walk to the great restaurants. Modern and comfortable. 5 minutes to the great Michelin restaurant Marela Limon where we had dinner. Safe and comfortable.
The swimming pool was not available for guests unless you paid 15 euros per hour! It was basically a small pool for the spa - so you could use the hamman and pool, and relax areas on the roof but you had to pay per hour! So basically there is NO pool - it is not a hotel with a useable pool as we thought when we booked. A shame as it was so hot and humid.
