Pros: Rooms were awesome! !! The views were incredible. ..
Pros: The property was very well kept and the staff was very attentive. The food at Sorce was excellent and the cafe provided less expensive options for breakfasts and snacks.
Cons: There were several events going on the weekend we were there so the pool drink/food service was slower. In the morning when housekeeping was making their rounds they constantly let the doors slam shut. One would think that the staff would recognize this and try to prevent this annoyance. All of the room doors slammed unless you stopped it and closed it gently, so sleeping in was very difficult. . If you're a light sleeper that wants to sleep in, you may have issues staying here. Room service also banged on our door around midnight to deliver food but they had the wrong room.
Pros: The frendliness of the employees
Cons: I called to fix the fridge and they did not went to fixed.
Pros: Staff was excellent and very friendly. Would recommend for a week or weekend getaway. Very relaxing ambience.

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and spent the time to take us through a map of the island and point out some of the best beaches and other points of interest. The room was a decent value.
Cons: Our room had tiny ants, which of course we realize may be due to a prior guest leaving food out and not the fault of the property.
Also, the mattress was not especially supportive and comfortable.
Just a heads up: there are stray dogs running around the island. Unfortunately, in the neighborhood near the hotel is an aggressive dog that we nicknamed Grumpy. Not the best experience, but we fended Grumpy off with sticks and rocks. We survived...was funny after the fact, but if you’re afraid of dogs, may be less fun. A little further away from the hotel, we were chased by about one dozen chihuahua sized dogs, which was pretty entertaining lol.
Pros: Home-like , comfort
Cons: Bathroom a little bit small. Internet weak
Take in the views from the rooftop terrace when you stay at Villa Coral. You'll have free perks like WiFi and self parking.
Pros: El Blok is beatifully designed and very comfortable. The rooftop (with pool) is amazing and the location is great.
Cons: It still runs like a small BnB and in our stay they had problem with their liquor license and could not sell alcohol. We intended to have a romantic dinner that night, but ended up at the W for dinner.
Cons: Parking area has to be improved.

Pros: Lisa and J are great! They were very welcoming and the room/location were both excellent. They even accommodated us for a second night which we didn't expect could happen considering we only booked one night.
Take in the views from the rooftop terrace when you stay at Esperanza Inn. After splashing around at the outdoor pool, you can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge.
Pros: The setting of the property is excellent with beautiful views, really romantic
Cons: The only negative thing I have to say is that the beach was filthy with trash. If the hotel announces itself as having a private beach, they should at least keep it clean
Pros: The hotel and landscape was absolutely beautiful. We loved the infinity pool, and the lights at night are really pretty.
Cons: Despite the fact that the staff seemed to outnumber the guests, the service was pretty horrible. The staff was nice, but were slow and provided the bare minimum in terms of service. At check-in, we were given no information about the hotel (i.e. Wifi password, information about any amenities, or where to go to sightsee etc). Several times we went to the front desk for help and the reception was locked and no one was there, despite it being their business hours. Pool towels are not in a spot where you can grab them as needed - had to go the front desk to get them and when we did, it was once again closed so we walked around the hotel getting water everywhere. Supposedly our stay included two free drinks, the tickets for which were suppose to be in our room, but of course we're not there. When we did get our complimentary drinks, it turned out not to include anything worth drinking. Bed was squeaky, and there wasn't even a television in the room. Restaurant hours were ridiculous, considering it's suppose to be a resort. At night, all the staff leave, so there's absolutely no one there if you need help or an emergency happens, which is pretty crazy considering how isolated it was. Our last breakfast there, we had two people waiting on us, and the service was still horrible. We were trying to catch the ferry, and asked for the check early, before the food came out, so we could catch our taxi. We got the bill 10 minutes after we finished eating anyhow. The only thing the staff was good at was reminding us of he rules of the hotel. Most of the time they were slow and too busy talking to each other to be helpful. Really not sure why this place is allowed to call itself a resort. I imagine the owner of this hotel is never there, otherwise this service wouldn't fly. The hotel has a lot of potential, but at the moment, the only thing the it has working in its favor is a beautifully constructed hotel and a nice infinity pool.
Pros: Grounds, beauty of location, staff friendliness, seclusion
Cons: Hot water very inadequate: long time to come on and fluctuates.
Room AC inadequate: felt from cool to warm walking within room, even after many hours of operation.
Access to room at late hours (past 10:00PM) or to exit room area early in the morning (5:00AM or earlier) required climbing over locked fence. For people returning from Biobay tour or departing early for 6:00AM ferry back to Puerto Rico mainland, this was a major inconvenience, especially if carrying luggage..
Pros: Awesome staff, serene area
Cons: Pool could use a serious cleaning
Pros: One of the most relaxing and scenic hotel stays I've experienced. There are only 10 rooms in the entire resort so you feel like you have a beautiful retreat all to yourself.

The 2 outdoor tennis courts and outdoor pool provide recreation options for everyone. Offering ocean views, Carambola Island Rest. serves international cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A rooftop terrace and a bar/lounge are other highlights, and rooms offer balconies or patios and room service.
Pros: Air conditioning, hot water, coffee, cereal and toast in the morning.
Cons: A little noisy in the night and roosters wake you up early, but still a great experience.
Pros: The main bar in town, is at the hostel on the beach.
Cons: Needs more loose women
Situated by the ocean, Lazy Hostel is a great choice for a stay in Vieques. Guests looking for a bite to eat can check out Lazy Jack, which serves American cuisine and is open for lunch and dinner. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: This woman made a mistake and did not properly take our reservation.
She did not take ownership for her mistake and charged us even though were not able to go, due to her mistake.
I feel robbed of my vacation and my bank account.
I would avoid this place at all costs, as this is not an honest person.
A great choice for a stay in Vieques, Great Escape Bed & Breakfast Inn is just 3.9 mi (6.3 km) from the airport. After splashing around at the outdoor pool, you can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge.
Pros: Beautiful views from the cottage, lovely breakfasts of fresh bread and cheese, and extremely helpful staff.
Pros: Staff was friendly and accommodating. Willing to pick up at the ferry. Nice and eager to please. Breakfast was available but a bit on the small side. Still, not many places even offer breakfast. Overall a quiet secluded place.
Cons: Animals are everywhere. Horses, dogs, cats, lizards or geckos (in our room), and roosters crowing. It was a bit much when the wind carries the stench. Kelly and Julie are cool but their help isn't anything special. We waited 10 min. For the office worker to get off a personal call to check us in, then he said it was a person calling about a reservation. I don't think so. The location stinks. Getting there is a pain. It is up a steep hill. So if you don't have a car or scooter it is going to be tough to get anywhere once there. Parking is on the road.

A rooftop terrace and a children's pool are other highlights, and rooms offer conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: Walking distance to ferry, pretty much saw nobody in the day/night we were there at the hostel. Location has character - you might feel sketchy about it due to the island. It's very lonely and dark.
Cons: Location was difficult to find, no visible signs or markings it's the name of the hostel.

Pros: Very clean, welcoming, great complimentary breakfast. The host was very accommodating --give her a RAISE! ha......
Cons: Pool looked a little 'tired'......It would be helpful to put lights up around the perimeter & gravel paths. Wish the pool was open later. Overall, a wonderful and delightful stay
When visiting Vieques, Malecón House is a great choice to consider. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, and kayaking, mountain biking, and parasailing are nearby. A terrace and a garden are other highlights, and all rooms offer refrigerators and free WiFi.
