Top location, easy access to airport and main site seeing venues. Breakfast was excellent in a garden at the back of the hotel.
Size of the room, very very small. Low value for money considering the price range.

Hotel location and cleanliness
The receptionist was not very welcoming and did not give us any importance. Especially affiliated in the Italian city of Florence its was Fabulous there...but in But in Venice the management of the group should review the efficiency of the reception staff

The location just in front of the Canal near Rialto, and the vapporetto stop right in front of the hotel
The rooms are not properly isolated and you can hear everything from other rooms next to me.

Location was great specially with water-bus station right next to the hotel which can take you almost everywhere in city Quite place nice and friendly staff and decent room size I went there for my honeymoon and they gave us a nice room with balcony with great view of the canal
The only thing I didn’t like is that there is no restaurant in the hotel but there many nice and cozy restaurants nearby
