Located in a beautiful green part of Venice, very close to Lido. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful.
It is not in the centre of the city but it is well connected with the water-bus.

From the moment we stepped inside we felt welcomed. The staff were very helpful, the bar is well stocked and reasonable, with a lovely atmosphere and comfy seating. Outdoor seating was very relaxing in the night. The bedroom and bathroom was impeccably clean and the bed was luxuriously comfortable. The water buses is a very short walk and are regular, however the walk into the centre of Venice is stunning. The walk along the coast is beautiful. Highly recommend staying here and avoiding the hustle and bustle of the centre.

Lovely hotel, stylish and relaxed. The breakfast is good, the staff is great. I noticed some confusion between the staff, but that is not strange as the hotel was opened so recently. We will definitely return, we also love the quiet area of Sant Elena and how close it is to the biennale.
