Great little place not to far from the main ghats. We were a bit worried about it not being on the main ghat but were thankful afterwards that it wasn’t (the main ghat has lots of crowds and isn’t a great area to stay). The Haveli itself was great and the rooftop terrace is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was mostly Indian cuisine but delicious!
It does get a bit noisy in the evenings as all the rooms look into the central dining area where they have a band playing every evening. We found it quite charming though so not a real negative.

Wasteful useless property. Dont understand how come its rated high property. Location is such that not even car can reach, you have to walk on foot in congested area. Avoid this property at all cost
