Close to the centre, next to rugby ground as that was purpose of trip. Good size room, nice bathroom, close to front where plenty of restaurants and bars only a few minutes from markets and shops. Not easy to find as signs not at every junction or not easy to see. Breakfast a little basic. Bar service a little slow and ran out of drink. Probably did not expect so many people after the rugby.
Difficult to find. No correct signs from the parking to the hotel entrance.
Great location in the heart of the city. Located directly above the main shopping mall in Toulon, very convenient access for Carrefor grocery store, sports and electronics shopping. Nice to have WIFI, secure parking. Friendly and helpful staff.
nice room and good breakfast, conveniant location stuff - poor English. Despite I had reservation seems they didn't record it...now, with my poor knowledge of French and mentioned their poor knowledge of English you can imagine how it was. Luckily, I had my laptop with the confirmation.
Breakfast with great coffee espresso and croissants, good decoration, large room. Difficult to find, although we had a navigator system (GPS) with us. When we finally found it, I told it to the girl at the reception and her behaviour was not kind at all.Paying parking, not so good region of the hotel.
Excellent location close to the marina and shopping, clean and comfortable bed, and good breakfast. I've stayed at close to 10 All Seasons and this one was the most in need of refurbishment with very outdated rooms (carpet, furniture, and fixtures).
Location was excellent for our trip - only 5 mins walk to Stade Mayol to watch the rugby, and about the same to the harbour with its many restaurants. Rooms were spacious and very clean and tidy. Also represented good value for money. One member of staff on reception wasn't very welcoming when we arrived and seemed disinterested in checking us in.
Nice&friendly staff either at reception or in restaurant Breakfast is poor, one type of cheese,no eggs, charcuteries was only ham! Internet outlet at reception vvlimited only 1screen&10min.time!!!
No major complaints really The breakfast was a bit shy, even if we did have it quite late in the morning
Close to everything, buses, port, shopping. found the pillows very uncomfortable, one not enough and two are too high....
The hotel is very well situated, in the heart of old Toulon, with good cafes, a market, shops close by and it is also very near to the water front. Parking available. Nothing. It was great. I would strongly recommend it.
the location i was very disappointed. i had stayed there 4 weeks before. this time the room was quite dreadful. the shower hardly worked and i had to hold it in my hand since there was nowhere to hang it on the wall. there was no mini bar either - contrary to what was announced. a major disappointment ... but thx god the hotel gad not moved. so the location was as great as before ... to choose this hotel is a bit risky since the rooms are very different from one another
the proximity to the marina;the location in pedestrianised area of bustling cafe restaurant quarter. Absolutely nothing (but the lift was unreliable on 2nd thoughts!)
Convenient location in a very nice town. There was a very musty smell in the room that we couldn't get rid of.The walls were very thin.
The stairs to the upper floors are a death trap and the lights didn't work properly. It is a miracle that someone did not break their neck.
The location was fantastic - very central and on a semi-pedestrianised area. There was an excellent restaurant just around the corner (Les Artistes). The room was double glazed and air conditioned. The beds were comfortable, if rather narrow. The breakfast was reasonable for Euros 8, but facilities for boiling eggs would have made it better, and a top up of the ham/cheese platter without being asked! Staff were friendly and informative, providing maps and details of public transport, markets, beaches, etc. There were no drawers, just a few hangers in the wardrobe. The bathroom was modern, but there was no soap dish in the shower, and the shower head did not have a hook, so you had to hold it whilst showering.
excellent location in city centre. Quiet room, free wifi. The breakfast was too expensive.
Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Excellent location. Rooms good size, facilities good and very clean. Good bathroom. Breakfast average and had to request coffee/food to be replenished several times. Noise from adjacent rooms very audible.
Wonderful, helpful,friendly,polite receptionist.
only one small lift for whole hotel even though stayed on first floor was not allowed to use the stairs because you had to go through the breakfast room had to wait 10 mins to get out several times.
the room was wide, clean, with a big bathroom no freezer, and the big drawback is the nose!!!!the hotel is beside a big boulevard and even the double window could not cut the cars nose! so we slept very bad...
easy to access everywhere silent and kindly
helpful staff, clean room, nice view, very good location, close to transport links and city centre, easy to get to places from no fridge, no tea-coffee facilities. Especially dissapointed absence of a fridge.
I liked the friendly female receptionist. I did not like the stained carpet, the location was terrible considering my family stayed on the waterfront in a nicer room for the same money.
spacious room, nice change to have bath as well as shower
Staff especially good and very helpful. Great personal attention, much better than many larger hotels. A bit noisy and the carpets in the room were in need of cleaning.
Staff very helpful, friendly and seemed happy. I liked the rooms, very, very clean, lovely bathroom with SEPERATE toilet. Lift is very small but that disn't make much difference to us. I enjoyed my stay there. The location was fine too.
Is a few minutes walk from the railway station and about 10 minutes from the marina and waterfront area. Staff took extra care to meet my needs, without being asked. Nice haven in the city centre
Nicely located and eqipped with necessary facilities Staff cordiality and location
Service-minded front desk staff and generous check-out hours.
The facility to delay check-out to a more convenient time for our departure. The hotel was very quiet. The first room we were allocated overlooked the swimming pool. The window was screwed shut and the air conditioning didn't work. The bathroom was dirty and the whole room stank of cigarettes, despite being a non-smoking room. It was uninhabitable. The second room was clean, but the air conditioning was also broken. It was 24 degrees outside and, therefore, rather hotter inside. The window only opened a crack. That room was not usable either. After further discussions with the receptionist, we were moved to a third room with functioning air conditioning and opening windows. In addition to this, the four star rating of the hotel is rather inflated. I have stayed in better three star hotels in France and Italy.
As a member of Priority Club 114 408 630 I was not too happy about the service and attitude.I was very pleased that my wife did not accompany me on this trip as she would have been unimpressed. See above....I will probably not use Holiday Inn in the future during my frequent travels unless you can compensate me in some way.
Almost nothing The airconditioning did not work and the hotel was on a busy road making my stay terrible. I would not return ever and was very disappointed.
Good location. Comfortable room. Good sized Bathroom.
breakfast on the 1st morning, we arrived at 9.30am and most of the cooked was gone and we waited til 10 but no other food arrived, didnt bother again,
Located reasonably (10 min in taxi) from train station. Bit of a walk to main tourist precints.
Friendly, clean Very very very very bad food
Very good location for what we needed. The hotel is just 5 min walk from the train station (if you turn on the right street). Big room with a nice size bathroom. Also, we got a great discount price on booking.com, compared to the regular price at the hotel. The hotel needs to be renovated. A bit outdated for a 4 star hotel.
it was just a night as a sleep over to travel further to Nice ... i would say its not 4 stars , more like 3 stars
Staff very helpfull No
Convenience -We were there to begin a cruise the next day.
Location was ideal, 20 minutes walk to city (rugby stadium) and close to beaches and coastal walks. Excellent restaurants nearby.
way the rooms are furnished / decorated, breakfast quality, friendly personel, location etc ...
Terrace overlooking sea. Very clean - staff try to be helpful. Reception staff did not have town map. Had no info on tourist facilities or attractions. This was the only hotel in 14 nights with this kind of experience: we put it down to Toulon not being a tourist town and the poor training of the weekend receptionist. Breakfast overpriced so we ate ealsewhere.
A spectacular hotel. If you choose the view rooms you will not be disappointed.
Out of the oppressive central area and with oblique sea views. Unusually adequate bed for a South of France hotel. Excellent restaurant 200 metres to the east.
Location by the sea Parking nightmare. The hotel has 4 very samll parking places for 28 rooms.
Excellent location, a few minutes stroll from the Mourillon beaches and walks. Dreadful sound insulation - could hear every creak from neighbouring rooms.
The sea view from the room, the excellent restaurant, the secure parking, the free internet access. No. But the website did not mention that the restaurant was closed on Sunday.
location parking/garage facilities for motor bikes insufficient, unsafe.
immediate on the opposite of the trainstation No nonsoking rooms available> one room was very smelly, I got another room an that was somewhat better So ring the hotel if you booked a room an make sure you get a non-smoking/non smelly room!!
Rooms were basic but clean. Communal areas were not as good with stains and marks on many of the carpets.
I liked the fact that it was directly opposite Toulon Station and only a very short walk to the centre of the town with its up-market shops and attractive harbour. The friendly staff are particularly helpful - opening-up the breakfast restaurant earlier in order to let us check-out sooner to catch a train.
Close to Railway Station Beds. Like sleeping on a piece of wood. One of reception staff not very friendly, but to be fair the more experienced member was very helpful.
Location right across from the train station and short walk to quayside. The staff were friendly. The rooms were basic but comfortable. The bathroom was clean.
Convenient location, effecient reception
convenient location for train station no
the whole hotel was exactly what i wanted.
It was a ideal location for the markets and a bus service to the beach we walked most of the times The price
- quiet room - great bed - great services
Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were comfortble and great staff. Our shower was broken but got attended to immediately.
The staff were exceptional and very helpful. Very clean hotel and a very comfortable and cozy atmosphere.Location is very quiet and a very relaxing ten minute walk to some restaurants and the small town centre. Very impressed and would highly recommend this hotel. Not applicable.
Excellent budget level hotel with friendly staff. Each room has it's own balcony/terrace overlooking the pool. Close to motorway but not affected by road noise. Also close to the 'Centre Commercial' (out-of-town shopping area), and just a short drive from Toulon. Excellent base for exploring the area by car; we visited everything between the Camargue and Monaco.
The price was ok. Although the location is not good, middle in the industry area, but you see that they try to make a comfortable hotel out of it. Not clean.
Very nice and clean hotel , friendly team, good restaurant for dinner, and very good breakfast. no elevator
Exelent ambiance, staff friendly, very nice general manager
Staff very friendly and helpful. Even those who didn't speak much English (and our French was from schooldays) made it fun trying to understand each other. Food good, nice pool. Good location with short bus ride into town or easy access to autoroute.
Close to the motorway, but still silent. View from the first floor, nice garden. There was no restaurant and bar on weekend.
Very Central and easy to find, once you do find it....first time it took us ages, but its very easy once you know.
Our first impression was " oh dear " when we saw the location. But that soon changed. It had everything we wanted for the 5 days we spent in the area. Very friendley and good breakfast. Carn't think of anything.
Excellent location, parking nearby, friendly staff, very comfortable room and bed - a very good value for money.
The hotel is very good value for money. Our room on the top floor was big enough, surprisingly. Public parking near hotel is very convinient to use.
Location is very convenient, walking distance from the railway station, central to the old town and a short stroll to the harbour, boats across the bay, rugby ground. Also on the bus route for Mt Faron cable. Room was reserved as a double room to secure more living space for a 3 night stay but was essentially a single room with a double bed. Tea or coffee making facilities would be helpful. Nevertheless the room was clean, staff courteous and Toulon interests sufficiently convenient and enjoyable to reduce the time spent in one's room anyway.
Decent budget hotel. Bed wasnt the softest but that suits some people. Bathroom could have used a shower curtain and the shower/bath combo didnt have a fixed shower head, you simply have to hold it while showering.
Nice people at the front desk. Cheap hotel... cheap quality.
Very nice rooms. TomTom could not find the hotel untill you add post code to your destination adress.
This hotel was very quaint , it was small and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. This was a very good value for money hotel.
central location in town
the location very central and near the station/bus
Room was nice and the bathtub next to the bed was sexy, nice balcony. Breakfast way too expensive (we said "no thanks"). Bathroom and toilet were in different rooms and this isn't hygienic, then toilet has no areation. Room smelled a lot the whole time and wasn't clean. Bedsheets weren't clean. Walls are fake, we could hear everything for the whole night, we heard the neighbour farting, other neighbours talking or snoring and everytime anyone flushed the bathroom at any of the floors, its noise was like hell. Really too bad.
the staff was nice but spoke little else but French...never the less very helpful
the lift - old fashioned charm. The female receptionist on our second departure was helpful. The facilities in the rooms did not always work properly and were not of a good standard - lights, TV not working, toilet leaking. The hotel is inexpensive but the facilities should be at an acceptable level.
The rooms are really original, like representing different continents, countries, WiFi working excellent! Hotel staff really help a lot, they just have to improve to learn a foreign language. No garage. The breakfast is very expensive for 7.50 euros.
Located beside an extremely busy road and constant traffic throughout the day/night.
The lady running the hotel was really friendly and profesional The location was not in walking distance from anything. The area it was in had nothing to do. Thought it was overpriced for the overall offering!
Handy to Railway Station and excellent value for money. Lack of air conditioning but due to price you would not really expect it.
nice, comfy, cheap, clean, bright and airy, good price
Shocking hotel very basic and had some mold in the room not aceptable. the room had mold the stairs wasnt lit in the night.
Comfortable stay, good breakfast Internet not included in the room rate
We were four persons living in a triple room with one extra bed (camping bed). We got a renovated room with new AC + flatscreen TV and a nice view over the harbour with military ships & the bay. Perfect location (close to everything) & we could use the AC as a fridge (it was standing up...). We lived on the 4th floor and there was an old narrow staircase (no elevator). But that's France...;) But I read about some people living on the 6th floor...Puh...
I was clean and cheap No elevator
The room has recently been redone, so everything was proper. The room was very large. There is no telephone in the rooms, but a TV. Having a TV is nice, but a telephone is more essential for me.
