Pros: Good location, good hotel staff, food in restaurant and service was perfect.
Pros: It's a posh hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms desined in good taste and elegantly. English- and Russian speaking staff was always ready to help and answer any question. Big size-dishes of taste breakfast gave energy for my every day trips around this beautiful country. I also advise to have dinner in its restaurant, it's magnificent (try lamb, that was the best).
Pros: Our "apartment" was beautiful, with a perfect view and situated immediately on the water. Tivat is a very small town, and this is probably the best place to stay there.
Cons: The water pressure in our room on the third floor was atrocious. There were times when no water came out the faucet at all, and there wasn't always hot water available. Understandable with an older building, but we paid between 90-100 euro per night, and I'm less understanding then. Also, the clerk tried to charge more than the booking hotel price when I checked out, although he only charged the booking.com price when I pointed it out to him.
