Staff was awesome, super friendly. View from the room was incredible.
People will complain about the steps, but it wasn’t that bad. Com’on, you’re in Santorini. What do you expect. And the staff help you with your luggage!

The location is fantastic, close to the bus station and right on the caldera. The pool is wonderful and the pool bar is great. The rooms are large, comfortable and ours had a fabulous bathroom with massive shower. The porter is the most amazing person at this motel. It is on the caldera cliff, no lifts, so you have to walk all the steps up and down, without the amazing porter I would have left my bag to stay in the room. He just through mine and my husbands on his shoulder all 50kg of them and up those stairs he went,not just to the top of the motel, but all the way up to where the transfer was picking us up from, then he raced back to do the same for our friends and he was smiling the whole time. I have unfortunately forgotten his name but such a friendly wonderful man. Best €10 tip I have ever given. the sunsets are also amazing from your bedroom balcony. Total uninterrupted view of the ocean. So special
I suppose you would have to say the stairs. I am fairly fit, but from the bottom to the top was exhausting. However the view and location make it all worthwhile and we were aware when we booked that it had about 100 stairs up.

It is a beautiful location a bit away from all the tourists with an amazing view. Very friendly personal. Very clean. The breakfast was so far good but I was missing a bit local products and more fresh fruits. But this is only a little detail. It is a wonderful place to stay.
Everything was fine - just for people who have problemes to walk, the hotel has a lot of steps - like every hotel on Santorin!

Location was ideal. Fab views. Staff were so nice and couldn’t be more helpful. Room was basic enough but had what we needed.
There are quite a few stairs and no lifts so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

The stairs too and from and within the property. Our room also had narrow stair like ladder to our bed and our bed base was very noisy which caused us to wake every time one of us moved.
