Fabulous location and super calming escape from the craziness of the tourists on the cliff walk. The staff is beyond accommodating and do their best to assist you.
My husband found the bed too hard, but staff padded w/ blankets which helped. Fitness room a bit sparse, but busy sightseeing so not a big deal. My husband requested a view table in restaurant for a glass of wine for us and was denied because the manager said it was reserved for diners...no one showed up the entire time we were there drinking wine! ☹️

They made my anniversary special by sending wine and fruits in the room, staff at reception were very nice and helpful and guided us to best places, rooms were nice and clean, location was excellent, breakfast was tasty, over all i enjoyed the stay and willl recommended this hotel
I was only given late checkout until 1230, wanted until 2 pm but was informed hotel is fully booked but i could see three rooms of my type were available for booking for same day, no free transfers to airport, staff at breakfast were not very professional like other staff, pictures at booking. com were totally different then then room i got and i was informed rooms were renovated and booking. com had old pictures, anyway room was nice so i had no problems
