the hotel it self is more than amazing, the fragrance smell in the entrance & corridors , the staff stands when greeting you ,so professional and super friendly and helpful , NINI and LANA, big thank you for your hospitality, i asked for upgrade and it was done in less than 10 seconds. i will stay again in this fantastic hotel. the location in the heart of old tblisi, few minutes walk from all the attraction in the old town. big thank you for all the team in tiflis palace.

Location cannot be better. In short walking distance to most attractions. Nice helpful staff. Rooms were large and well equipped .

Amazing location, directly in the middle of the old town, next to the baths and with a 10 minutes (steep) walk to the fortress. Very friendly and helpful staff and overall, we had a great time here!

“Great location, very nice and clean hotel. The room are spacious and decorated very nice. The stuff is there for you willing to help you with everything, especially Ika that welcomed us and always tried to do the best for making us feeling good. Breakfast was very good with very nice variety .If we ever back to Tibilisi we definitely back to Tifilis hotel. Thank you Ika and the rest of the stuff”
