The Three Sisters Hotel

Very beautiful and peaceful room, good service at the reception

Asked for a vegetarian omlet for the breakfast, got one with ham. Otherwise breakfast was pleasant.

This hotel is historic and perfect. And above all, the staff's response is wonderful. By all means, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.

Great choice for breakfast and very well presented. Perfect location in the old town for walking and close to public transport for further exploration.

Breakfast was poor. The cereal selection was limited with no muesli type on offer, hot food was warm not hot, pancakes unavailable one day, honey crystallised indicating poor storage and then heated when my husband complained. Should not charge for English breakfast at this quality of hotel. Plates not cleared from table as you finish each course. Towels changed each day although we had folded them and hung them up to reuse. Metal top glass water bottles not practical to use during the night. Television in room 27 hard to control- very erratic. No table for placing drinks when sitting on sofa and no milk provided for drinks although it was supplied on request. No headboard on bed made reading difficult. Open hanging rack for clothes spoiled the atmosphere of the bedroom. No lift would be a serious problem to guests with reduced mobility or sight problems

The quaintness, the location, the attentiveness of the staff and the quality of the food and drink

No handrails for poor mobility in the hotel. Had to move rooms which the staff immediately rectified. Couldn’t use the baths because they were too deep and there was no way of getting in and out safely.
